A 2025 systematic review and meta-analysis examined seven randomized controlled trials involving 174 adults. Whole-body vibration training was associated with reductions in arterial stiffness measures, including pulse wave velocity and augmentation index, along with reductions in systolic and diastolic blood pressure. The researchers concluded that longer-term WBV training may have beneficial effects on vascular health.
